Unstable Financial Situations

Situations arise, and sometimes you didn’t even know it was going to hit you. You never realize your financial mess till you put it in perspective, and actually hear it from someone else. I did the wrong thing, I bought liabilities instead of assets. I need to fix myself and start making money again before I hit the bottom really hard. It’s getting too close, and the thread is getting shorter for me before I lose everything. I don’t want to go to jail

My Healthyness

Just a few samples of my works. LOL, my works (isn’t that funny?). I thought it was, basically I use only organic (if I can), and the bread/tortillas/pastas I eat are always 100% whole wheat/whole grain. I rock.

No Internet, Ugh…

It really blows not having internet in my apartment right now, I am stuck with my laptops mobile broadband connection which only allows me to do so much. We moved into our new apartment June 6th, and they can’t come install internet/tv/phone until June 17th, I can barely do anything productive on this POS laptop, haha.

Working Days

Let me tell you, it isn’t easy working as much as I use to three years ago. Coding basically full time, trying to manage in me time, gf time, diet/cooking time, real estate time, reading time, and so forth. And let’s not forget, my mind is far from the full time job aspect as well. I am born a entrepreneur ;), hehe. But hey, we all do great things, and we all fall down, and have to grow again. When we grow again, we grow with so much more knowledge and experience then we had before. All my computers are fucked up, and I think I have come to a conclusion of why all my PC’s get fucked up. All the “downloaded” software I get from torrents, damn people placing trojans in the files. But dang, I need PS CS3, haha.

Anyways, I think I want to pick up a Macbook Pro 15″ off craigslist. What do you guys think of Macs? After the whole iPhone 2.0, mobileme, etc… Kind of makes me want a Mac. Might sell my Dell, and just get a Macbook Pro.

I have to format my laptop and PC now, so I’ll be posting more later.

EDIT: That didn’t take so long to format, only about 30 minutes. Dell Restore rocks!

EDIT: Okay so the PC took a bit longer, I had to install XP SP2, upgrade to Vista, re-install all the drivers, install all my software, and still not done with updates, nor my laptop. God I hate computers. Gasp… As I mumble “time to switch to a fucking mac…”

Recent Changes

You know what I noticed… Why don’t important tasks, goals, or my daily to-do lists I create get accomplished? I always make these goals, and lists, yet they never seem to get finished. I just came across an interesting article on Wes Lahmer’s blog (mind you, I don’t usually rant like this — wait, yes I do). Anyways, it’s obvious, but it made really think, for just this split second, I actually wasn’t even planning on blogging. I have set so many goals in the last year, daily, weekly, and so on. If you read his article, it makes sense. I have lied to myself so much in the past two to three years, that my words, specifically speaking “me” has become weak. My words have no power anymore, and it’s so obvious now. For example: On a daily basis, no exaduration either. People I have done photoshoots of/for in the past or even recently, ask me to edit photos for them. ON A DAILY BASIS, I get this damn request. I tell every single one of them “Ok, I’ll get to it ASAP” or something like “Ok, np” or sometimes I’ll go as far as “I’ll have it to you by tomorrow or the next day.” And guess what, I never deliver on time, not even close to on time. Now, my to-do lists are a completely different story, I write to-do lists on the daily, and never get one single damn thing done on it, and now I know why. My words have been gradually been getting weaker of the years. So now I have to fix it, with small steps of accomplishments to further myself.

So what’s my idea to fix this? Like I said. Small steps towards small goals, which will lead to completing bigger goals.

Besides that, I got a freelance job from a buddy of mine in Chicago. I needed some extra cash since I have no income, doing full time css/html now, haha. From home though, pretty cool.

I am going to Colorado towards the end of June to start pursuing Real Estate as well, time to lock investing into place. I’ve read to many books to let the knowledge just sit, time to make some cash.

Oh, I also picked up The Abs Diet. Decided to take on a diet to increase my health, and get some Abs ;). Lost 5lbs in 5 days, no fucking joke. I am only trying to lose gut weight, cause I have to much gut… But overall, the book is great, and it feels great eating healthy. It’s not one of those stupid diets where you can barely eat, I can still eat practically anything I want, fishes, meats, fruits, veggies, breads, sugars, etc… It makes you eat more than 3 meals a day, so I feel full all the time. Perfect.

Step 1: Strengthen my words, I need more power behind them.
Step 2: Get in tip top shape.
Step 3: Being Real Estate Investing.
Step 4: Start Drivable.com
