OPM…yes. I know this all to well it can make or break ya.. but its fuckin amazing concept at the same time. Creative financing..!!!! Anyways my investment property went well… hard work but great learning experience. Going to try and by multiple properties in a condo complex near Colorado School of Mines… huge rental income possibilities from the students.
