SEO, Starbucks, QuickBooks & Toothaches!
Well hello, today was one hell of a day, and I mean one hell of a day. I slept so much, and overdosed on liquid pain reliever, maybe not overdosed, but I need it cause my tooth aches like crazy. My dentist said if my tooth aches longer than normal, I’ll need a root canal, and this is definitely longer than my first drilling session, going on 10 days of constant need of pain reliever! So basically the root canal is going to suck. Make sure you guys brush everyday for 2 minutes and floss everyday for 90 seconds, or you will end up having 36 cavities! Eek.
I decided to hit up Starbucks tonight, and do some reading on finances, gotta love it! After some good ole bucks, I went to Barnes & Nobles to pick up a few books. QuickBooks 2007 for Dummies, Mutual Funds for Dummies, and Stock Investing for Dummies. I love keeping up on the latest wealth information. Not to mention, QuickBooks is amazing, and can be quite confusing at some points.
After Starbucks, I came home and started working on some new sites I am launching for SEO purposes. SEO is quite amazing actually, for everyone who doesn’t know what SEO is, it stands for Search Engine Optimization. I am trying to launch about five huge websites dedicated strictly for SEO, and maybe a few extra bucks. Two words to remember… Indexed Pages
— this is the art of SEO if done properly.
So that covers what I did today or actually yesterday since is 1:15AM. I have been getting into the night owl habit lately, going to bed around 2AM, I need to stop. I like staying up late sometimes, but working during the day is more productive, I think? Well actually, night owl shifts are more productive aren’t they? Nobody can bother you, not as much phone calls or distractions, but the point is, I don’t like sleeping in late! Oh, I also bought a new book off Amazon.com called “Life After Death” by Deepak Chopra. I heard the book is amazing, so check it out!
To Do List:
- Prepare to get teeth fixed. Root canals, fillings, etc…
- Finish SEO sites.
- Launch PX mid Feb.
- Launch new version of MSS mid Feb as well.
- Get on normal sleep.
- Go snowboarding soon! Maybe?
- Launch more MySpace sites!
* I just need to remind myself of stuff when it comes to mind.
* Currently listening to Vocal Trance off of DI.FM

QBooks is definitely the way to go for managing business finances, screw MS Money and Peach Tree. For personal stuff, definitely check out the QBooks counterpart, Quicken.
Comment by Andrew on 21 January 2007:
I’ve actually got Quicken 2007 lined up for personal use

Hi Andrew:)This is Rose’s big sis -
You should check into getting your tooth pulled and a bridge put in instead of a root canal - it’s never good to have a dead organ in your body!
